Aholi bo'sh pul mablag'larini bank depozitlariga jalb qilishni ko'paytirish maqsadida O'zmilliybank Toshkent shahar Bosh boshqarmasi tomonidan joriy yilning yanvar oyidan boshlab,  saqlash muddati 1 oydan 5 yilgacha bo'lgan muddatda  milliy valyutada jami 6 ta yangi muddatli omonatlar joriy etildi. Jumladan, sentyabr oyida ishga tushgan  “Istiqlol” , “Daromadli” ,“E'zoz”, «Hisobli», shuningdek, «Nafosat» hamda “Matonat”  depozitlar joriy etildi. 

O'zmilliybank Toshkent shahar Bosh boshqarmasiga qarashli 16 ta bo'lim va filiallarda jismoniy shaxslarga chakana xizmat turlari bo'yicha sifatli xizmatlar  ko'rsatib kelinmoqda. Ma'lumotlarga ko'ra, aholi omonatlariga milliy va xorijiy valyutada pul mablag'larini jalb qilish va ularga foizlari bilan qaytarish bundan tashqari, Markaziy bankning “Munis” kliring tizimi orqali to'lovlar o'tkazilib, milliy valyutada so'm plastik kartochkalari hamda xalqaro plastik kartalar bo'yicha xizmatlar ko'rsatilmoqda.

Shuningdek, ish haqi loyihalari asosida mijozlar bilan tuzilgan shartnomalarga ko'ra, ishchi hodimlarini oylik ish haqlarini naqd pulsiz ravishda depozit hisob varaqlariga o'tkazish, milliy valyutada ochilgan plastik kartochka hamda omonat hisobvaraqlariga ega bo'lgan mijozlarga tovarlar va xizmatlar haqini internet yordamida «SMS-TO'LOV», «CLICK» hamda «ONLINE BANK» tizimlari orqali to'lash bo'yicha ham xizmatlar taklif etilmoqda.  2015-yilning 1-noyabr holatiga milliy valyutada 22 ta, xorijiy valyutada esa  8 turdagi omonatlar amal qilmoqda. Xususan, yoshi ulug' mijozlar uchun “Pensionny”, 16 yoshgacha bo'lgan bolalar uchun esa “Nihol” hamda “Boychechak” deb nomlangan muddatli omonatlar ham mavjud.

- Aholining bo'sh pul mablag'larini omonatlarga jalb qilish bo'yicha amalga oshirilgan ishlar natijasida, jismoniy shaxslar depozitlarining so'm ekvivalentidagi qoldig'i joriy yil boshiga nisbatan 9,7 mlrd.so'mga ko'payib, 2015-yil 1-noyabr holatiga ularning qoldig'i                     356,3 mlrd.so'mni  tashkil etdi, - deydi O'zmilliybank Toshkent shahar bosh boshqarmasi pul muomalasi boshqarmasi bosh mutaxassisi Zulfiya Raimjonova.

Aholiga ko'rsatilayotgan chakana bank xizmatlari sifati va ko'lamini oshirishda axborot texnologiyalarini yangi usullaridan foydalangan holda yuridik va jismoniy shaxslarga plastik kartalar bo'yicha xizmat ko'rsatishda  uzluksiz “on-layn” rejimida ishlaydigan “Smart Vista” plastik kartochkalari dasturiy tizimi yo'lga qo'yilgan.

Milliy bank mijozlari uchun plastik kartochkalarni nafaqat qulay to'lov vositasi sifatida, balki uni qo'shimcha xizmat va servislardan foydalanish imkonini beruvchi vositaga aylantirishga intilmoqda. Xususan, plastik kartochkalar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar va hisobraqami qoldig'i to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni mijozlar mobil telefonlariga sms-xabarlar, elektron pochtasiga e-mail xabarlar ko'rinishida olish imkoniyatiga egadir.

Bank tomonidan 3 mingga yaqin to'lov terminallari o'rnatilgan bo'lib, 2015-yil mobaynida terminallar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar umumiy miqdori 741,0  mlrd.so'mdan oshdi. Shuningdek, bank tomonidan plastik kartochka egalariga qulaylik yaratish maqsadida  “ish haqi loyihalari” doirasidagi korxona va tashkilotlarda hamda aholi gavjum joylarda 47 dona bankomat hamda 35 ta infokiosk tashkil etilgan.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
