Mamlakatimizda moliya-bank tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar natijasida tijorat banklarining resurs bazasi yil sayin mustahkamlanib, ular tomonidan taqdim etilayotgan xizmatlar sifati tubdan yaxshilanmoqda.

Xususan, Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat Milliy banki tomonidan aholi va xo'jalik yurituvchi sub'ektlarning mablag'larini uzoq muddatli depozitlarga jalb qilish hisobiga tijorat banklarining resurs bazalarini mustahkamlashga yo'naltirilgan qator chora-tadbirlar ishlab chiqildi va ijrosi ta'minlab kelinmoqda. Jumladan, aholining bo'sh turgan pul mablag'larini bank depozitlariga jalb etishni yanada rag'batlantirish maqsadida 2015 yil boshidan saqlash muddati 3 oydan 5 yilgacha bo'lgan milliy valyutada 3 ta yangi muddatli omonatlar joriy etildi. Xususan, joriy yilning “Keksalarni e'zozlash yili” deb e'lon qilinganligi munosabati bilan 50 yosh va undan kattalar uchun milliy valyutadagi “E'zoz” hamda muayyan maqsadga yo'naltirilgan “Hisobli” depoziti, bahoriy bayramlarga bag'ishlab “Nafosat” deb nomlangan  yangi muddatli depozitlar joriy etildi.

2015 yilning 1 aprel holatiga milliy valyutada 22 ta va horijiy valyutada 11 turdagi omonatlar amal qilmoqda. Aholiga doimiy ravishda ularning bankda saqlanayotgan omonatlari qonun tomonidan himoyalanib, to'liq hajmda berilishi kafolatlari, depozitlar bo'ycha daromadlar soliqdan ozod qilinishiga doir imtiyozlar, bank siri, ularning birinchi talabidanoq hisobvaraqlaridan mablag'larini berish haqidagi ma'lumotlar OAV, reklama stendlari, bukletlar hamda bankning rasmiy saytlari orqali yoritilmoqda.

Aholining bo'sh pul mablag'larini omonatlarga jalb qilish bo'yicha amalga oshirilgan ishlar natijasida, jismoniy shaxslar depozitlarining so'm ekvivalentidagi qoldig'i joriy yil boshiga nisbatan 92,8 mlrd. so'mga (10,8%) ko'payib, 2015 yil 1 aprel holatiga jami 952,4 mlrd so'mni tashkil etdi. Shuningdek, xalqaro pul o'tkazmalari bo'yicha amalga oshirilgan operatsiyalarning umumiy hajmi 13,3 mln. AQSH dollarini tashkil etdi. Shundan 6,7 mln. AQSH dollarini to'langan o'tkazmalar tashkil etadi. Xisobot davrida “Western Union”, “Money Gram”, “Zolotaya Korona”, “Aziya ekspress/MOPS” tizimidan foydalanib, tezkor pul o'tkazmalarini amalga oshirish ishlari davom etmoqda.

Shuningdek, Milliy bank tomonidan muomalaga chiqarilgan milliy valyutadagi so'm plastik kartochkalari soni 2144 mingtani tashkil qilib, aynan “On-layn” Smart Vista plastik kartochkalari soni 651 mingtadan ko'proq.

“2015 yilning 1 choragida mijozlarning maxsus so'm kartochka hisobvaraqlariga 1065 mlrd. so'mdan ortiq mablag' o'tkazilgan bo'lib, ushbu ko'rsatgich o'tgan yilning shu davriga nisbatan 1,17 baravar ko'pdir. 2015 yilning 1 aprel holatiga savdo terminallari orqali plastik kartochkalar bo'yicha amalga oshirilgan operatsiyalarning umumiy hajmi 781 mlrd. So'mni tashkil etadi va bu 2014 yilning shu davriga nisbatan 1,25 baravar ko'pdir. Shuningdek, bank tomonidan 18298 dona savdo terminallari bank bo'limlari hamda savdo-servis korxonalariga o'rnatilgan bo'lib, “ish haqi loyihalari” doirasidagi korxona va tashkilotlarda hamda aholi gavjum joylarda o'rnatilgan o'z-o'ziga xizmat ko'rsatish uskunalari hisoblangan 122 dona bankomatlar hamda 122 ta infokiosklar  ham shular jumlasidandir” , – deya ta'kidladi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat Milliy bankining plastik kartochkalar bilan ishlash bo'yicha sho'ba mudiri Davron Komilov

Milliy bank mijozlar uchun plastik kartochkalarni nafaqat qulay to'lov vositasi sifatida, balki uni qo'shimcha xizmat va servislardan foydalanish imkonini beruvchi vositaga aylantirishga intilmoqda. Provardida “elektron hamyon” egalari plastik kartochkalar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar va hisobvaraq qoldig'i to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni mobil telefonlari orqali SMS-xabarlar  yoki elektron pochtasida E-mail-xabarlar ko'rinishida olish imkoniyatiga ega bo'lmoqda. Bundan tashqari, ular o'zlarining shaxsiy Web va IVR kabinetlari orqali ham ma'lumotlarni kuzatib turishlari mumkin. Shuningdek, Milliy bank mijozlarga mobil aloqa, internet, kommunal va boshqa xizmat turlariga “on-layn” rejimda mobil telefon yoki internet orqali to'lovlarni amalga oshirish uchun SMS-TO’LOV va CLICK xizmatlarini ham taqdim qilib kelmoqda.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
