The 1st issue of the bank's shares was registered with the Capital Market Development Agency on January 14, 2020, under the number Р0906.
Terms of circulation of this share issue:
a) type of shares issued: common
b) number of shares in the issue: 11,582,700,201 shares; including 11,582,700,201 common shares; 0 preferred shares;
c) par value of shares in the issue, UZS: 1,000 (thousand) UZS;
d) total volume of issue (at par value): 11,582,700,201,000 UZS;
e) method of shares offering - in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 30, 2019, No. PP-4540 on Measures to Reorganize the Unitary Enterprise "National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan" into a Joint-Stock Company" and the Order of the State Assets Management Agency dated December 28, 2019, No. 338-P, it is the private stock offering as follows:
- 4,807,929,061 shares to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- 6,774,771,140 shares to the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The 2nd issue of the bank's shares was registered with the Capital Market Development Agency on August 17, 2020 under the number Р0906-2.
395,374,178 (three hundred ninety-five million three hundred seventy-four thousand one hundred seventy-eight) common registered shares in non-documentary (non-cash) form with a nominal value of 1,000 (one thousand) UZS in the amount of 395,374,178,000 (three hundred ninety-five billion three hundred seventy-four million one hundred seventy-eight thousand) UZS.
Shares of this issue are offered on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 30, 2019, No. PP-4540 on Measures to Reorganize the Unitary Enterprise "National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" into a Joint-Stock Company in the private stock offering:
- 164,118,121 share to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- 231,256,057 shares to the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The 3rd issue of the bank's shares was registered with the Capital Market Development Agency on September 15, 2021 under the number Р0906-3.
231,276,583 (two hundred thirty-one million two hundred seventy-six thousand five hundred eighty-three) common registered shares in non-documentary (non-cash) form with a nominal value of 1,000 (one thousand) UZS in the amount of 231,276,583,000.00 (two hundred thirty-one billion two hundred seventy-six million five hundred eighty-three thousand) UZS.
The shares of this issue are subject to private offering.
Payments for this issue of shares are made from dividends accrued on common shares, as well as from the net income received as of the end of 2019, and are distributed as follows:
- 231,276,583 common registered shares in the amount of 231,276,583,000.00 UZS to the Fund for Reconstruction and Development.
The 4th issue of the bank's shares was registered with the Capital Market Development Agency on May 20, 2022 under the number Р0906-4.
486,569,283 (four hundred eighty-six million five hundred sixty-nine thousand two hundred eighty-three) common registered shares in non-documentary (non-cash) form with a nominal value of 1,000 (one thousand) UZS in the amount of 486,569,283,000.00 (four hundred eighty-six billion five hundred sixty-nine million two hundred eighty-three thousand) UZS.
The shares of this issue are subject to private offering in proportion to the shares of shareholders in the register dated January 11, 2022, that is, in the following order:
- 288,422,350 shares to the Fund for Reconstruction and Development;
- 198,146,933 shares to the Ministry of Finance
