Toshkent moliya institutida O'zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki va O'zbekiston banklari Assotsiatsiyasi bilan xamkorlikda “Bank tizimida elektron to'lovlar va interaktiv xizmatlarni rivojlantirishning dolzarb masalalari” mavzusida davra suxbati o'tkazildi. Tadbirda tegishli vazirlik va idoralar,tijorat banklari vakillari, professor o'qtuvchilar, ilmiy tadqiqotchilar xamda talabalar ishtirok etishdi.

Mazkur muloqot O'zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2010 yil 26 noyabrdagi “2011-2015 yillarda respublika moliya bank tizimini yanada islox qilish, uning barqarorligini oshirish va yuqori xalqaro reyting ko'rsatkichlariga erishishning ustuvor yo'nalishlari to'g'risida”gi qarori, xamda, Davlatimiz raxbarining “2013-2020 yillarda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Milliy axborot kommunikatsiya tizimini yanada rivojlantirish chora tadbirlari to'g'risida”gi qarorida belgilab berilgan asosiy vazifalar ijrosini taminlash maqsadida tashkil etildi.

Takidlash joiz, Bugungi kunda respublikaning barcha tijorat banklarining internet tarmog'ida korporativ veb-saytlari muvaffaqiyatli faoliyat ko'rsatib, jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarga ko'rsatilayotgan bank xizmatlari va ularning shartlari haqida batafsil ma'lumot taqdim etilmokda. Amalga oshirilgan izchil choralar natijasida yuridik va jismoniy shaxslarga internet-banking, mobil-banking va SMS banking kabi masofadan bank xizmatlari ko'rsatishning innovatsion tizimlari faol rivojlanmoqda. Endilikda mazkur xizmat tizimlaridan foydalanuvchi mijozlar soni 534,8 mingga yetib, bu oxirgi 5 yil mobaynida ushbu ko'rsatkichning 21,8 barobarga oshganligini ko'rsatadi. Shuningdek, SMS-banking va mobil-banking xizmatlaridan foydalanuvchi mijozlar soni xam jadal sur'atlar bilan o'sib, oxirgi 5 yil davomida 45 barobardan yuqori, ya'ni 10,3 mingdan 472,6 minggacha ko'paydi. Bundan tashqari Elektron to'lovlar tizimining faollashuvi kuzatilmoqda. O'zbekiston Respublikasining Markaziy bankining banklararo to'lov tizimi orqali o'tkazilgan tranzaksiyalar soni 2010 yil yakunlari bo'yicha 35,5 mln.dan 2014 yilda 60,0 mln.gacha yetdi, ya'ni oxirgi 5 yil mobaynida 1,7 barobarga o'sdi. O'tgan davr mobaynida amalga oshirilgan tranzaksiyalarning umumiy hajmi 1,82 barobarga o'sdi. Aytish joiz Plastik kartochkalardan foydalanuvchilar hamda ularga xizmat ko'rsatuvchi to'lov terminallari soni yuqori sur'atlar bilan oshib bormoqda. Xususan, muomalaga chiqarilgan plastik kartochkalar soni 1,7 barobarga ya'ni, 2011 yil boshidagi 7,9 mln. donadan 2015 yil 1 yanvar holatiga kelib 13,4 mln. donaga yetdi. O'tgan davrda o'rnatilgan to'lov terminallari soni 1,8 barobarga, ya'ni 85,7 ming donadan 158,8 ming donaga yetdi. Plastik kartochkalari orqali naqd pulsiz hisob-kitoblarni yanada kengaytirish bo'yicha ko'rilayotgan chora-tadbirlar natijasida so'nggi 5 yilda to'lov terminallari orqali amalga oshirilgan to'lovlar hajmi 4 barobarga, ya'ni 5,7 trln. so'mdan 22,8 trln. so'mgacha o'sdi. O'tkazilgan davra suhbati natijasida bank tizimida elektron to'lovlarni yanada rivojlantirish va interaktiv xizmatlarni keng joriy etishning ustuvor yo'nalishlari, bank plastik kartochkalaridan foydalanish va bank mijozlariga masofaviy xizmat ko'rsatish tizimlari ko'lamini yanada kengaytirish bo'yicha tegishli tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.

1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
