“O‘zmilliybank”ning QR-kod orqali tezkor to‘lovi

Bugungi kunda QR-kodlar allaqachon oddiy narsaga aylangan, lekin ko‘pchilik aslida u haqida tushunchaga ega emas. Biz har kuni oq fonda sirli qora kvadratchali tasvirlarni, reklama afishasi yoki jurnal sahifalarida va hatto biznes kartalarida, tovarlar etiketkalarida, kommunal to‘lovlar kvitansiyalarida yoki saytlar sahifalarida ham duch kelamiz.  


QR-kod (“Quick Response Code” - tezkor aniqlanadigan kod) 1994 yilda Yaponiyaning “Denso" kompaniyasi tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan ikki o‘lchovli shtrix kodidir (matris kodi). U  2953 baytlik ma’lumotni bitta kichkina kvadratga, ya’ni 7089 ta raqam yoki 4296 ta harf, 1817 iyeroglif joylashtirish imkonini beradi. Bu kodning asosiy afzalligi shundaki, u skanerlovchi uskuna (mobil telefon, fotoapparat) yordamida oson va tez o‘qish mumkin.  

QR-kod  qo‘llanishining asosiy tamoyili shundaki, u giperhavola tarzida ishlay oladi. Bu birdaniga ko‘p ma’lumot haqida xabar berish zarur bo‘lgan holatlarda yoki uni soddalashtirish kerak bo‘lganda juda qulay vosita sanaladi. 

QR-kod  elektron ma’lumotlar uzatish prinsipiga asoslanadi. Bu, ayniqsa, ko‘p miqdordagi axborotni uzatish yoki undan foydalanishni soddalashtirishda qo‘l keladi.   

QR-kod  surati mahsulot yoki xizmatni tanlash jarayonini yengillashtirishga yordam beradi, axir qadoq yoki reklama yorlig‘idagi mana shu kichik kvadratchada 4296 tagacha belgi sig‘diriladi. U aloqa jarayonini optimallashtirishga ham xizmat qiladi, masalan, aksariyat holatlarda tashrif qog‘ozidagi nishonchada birgina tugmani bosish bilan kontaktlaringiz ro‘yxatiga qo‘shiladigan telefon raqami shifrlangan bo‘ladi. Shu bilan birgalikda, QR-kod  yordamida havoladan o‘tish, elektron xat, SMS yuborish, manzil joylashuvini bilish va boshqa ko‘plab amallarni bajarish mumkin.

QR-kod orqali to‘lovlarni keng ommalashtirish borasida “O‘zmilliybank” AJ raqamli bankingni rivojlantirish Konsepsiyasiga muvofiq QR-kod orqali tezkor to‘lovni amalga oshirishning “QR-online” universal to‘lov tizimi bilan ishlash imkoniyati yaratilgan.

Mazkur tizim doirasida savdo va xizmat ko‘rsatish shoxobchalari “O‘zmillibank” AJ filiallari orqali QR-kodni shakllantirib, ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazishlari talab etiladi. Xaridorlar tomonidan Milliy mobil ilovasi dasturi vositasida savdo va xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarining QR-kodlarini skaner qilish hamda xarid summasini kiritish orqali to‘lovlar amalga oshiriladi. Bunda pul mablag‘lari mobil ilovaga biriktirilgan bank kartalari hisobvaraqlari va elektron pul hamyonlardan hisobdan chiqariladi.

Bugungi kunda “O‘zmilliybank” AJ faoliyat yurituvchi 5 mingga yaqin tadbirkorlik subyektlari QR-kod texnologiyasi asosida to‘lov tizimiga ulangan bo‘lib, ular sonini oshirish bo‘yicha belgilangan vazifalar bajarib kelinmoqda. Bank mijozlariga va keng jamoatchilikka “Milliy” mobil ilovasidan foydalanib “QR-online” texnologiyasi orqali to‘lovlar o‘tkazish qulayliklari va imkoniyatlari to‘g‘risida ma’lumotlar berib borilmoqda.

Savdo va xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari “QR-online” tizimi orqali mijozlardan qabul qilingan va bank hisobvaraqlariga kirim qilinadigan mablag‘larni “Telegram” tarmog‘idagi  @onlineqrbot kanali, mijozning bank shaxsiy kabineti hamda sms-xabarnoma xizmati orqali onlayn rejimida nazorat qilib borishlari mumkin. Mazkur tizim mavjud muqobil to‘lov xizmatlaridan farqli o‘laroq, xalqaro standartlar asosida ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, Markaziy bankning hisob-kitoblar kliring tizimi bilan uzviy bog‘liqlikda ishlaydi.

To‘lov xizmatlari bozorida “QR-online” tizimining ishga tushirilishi ko‘rsatilayotgan xizmatlar sifati va tekzorligini oshirishga, naqd pulsiz yoki bank kartalarisiz hisob-kitoblar ko‘lamini yanada kengaytirishga imkon beradi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself.
