2012 yil 17-21 sentabr kunlari XІІ Xalqaro Yalta moliya Forumi bo'lib o'tadi. Tadbir 'Perspektiva' Biznes-startegiyalar markazi tomonidan Ukraina sug'urta tashkilotlai ligasi va boshqa professional birlashmalar bilan hamkorlikda tashkil qilinmoqda.

Forum 2001 yildan boshlab o'tkazilmoqda, bu vaqtning ichida unda 42 ta mamlakat vakillari ishtirok etishdi. Foruma tarixi jahon, milliy moliya va sug'urta bozorlarining rivojlanish bosqichlari bilan uzviy bog'langan.

Har yili Forumda 500 tagacha ishtirokchi akkreditasiyadan o'tadi. Ular qatoriga mashhur sug'urta va qayta sug'urta kompaniyalari, banklar, brokerlik, auditorlik, konsalting, investision, yuridik, reyting va assistans komaniyalari rahbarlari, davlat hokimiyati organlari vakillari, olimlar, ekspertlar va jurnalistlar kiradi.

2012 yil forumi Ukraina qonun chiqaruvchi va ijro etuvchi organlari vakillarining keng ishtirokida bo'lib o'tadi, shuning uchun unda muhokama etiladigan masalalar va takliflar tegishli me'yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlarda o'z aksini topadi.

XІІ Forumning asosiy mavzulari: xalqaro moliyaviy bozorlarning holati, qonunchilik va davlat tomonidan tartibga solishning dolzarb masalalari, alohida sug'urta turlari (motor, medisina, jamlama) rivojlanishi masalalari, moliya muassasalarining o'zaro hamkorligi (banklar, sug'urta kompaniyalari, investision fondlar), qayta sug'urta, sug'urta vositachilarining faoliyati, strategik menejment vositalari va boshqalar.

Forumda davra suhbatlari va mahorat darslari mazmunli munozalar o'tkaziladigan joyga aylanadi.
