"O‘zmilliybank" AJ Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasi filialida ishchilar muzlab qolayotganidan shikoyat qilishdi" nomli maqola yuzasidan.

Hammamizga maʼlumki, bugungi kunda respublikamizning barcha hududlarida havo haroratining keskin sovub ketishi sababli, birinchi navbatda, aholi va ijtimoiy ahamiyatli bo‘lgan korxonalarga gaz va elektr energiyasini yetkazib berish ishlari barcha shahar va tumanlarda faoliyat yuritayotgan ShTABlar tomonidan muvofiqlashtirilmoqda.

"O‘zmilliybank" AJ Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasi filiali uchun yangi maʼumuriy bino qurilib, zamonaviy texnika, asbob va uskunalar bilan to‘liq jihozlangan, 2022 yil mart oyida foydalanishga qabul qilingan.

"O‘zmilliybank" AJning barcha filiallari tomonidan doimiy foydalanishda bo‘lgan gaz quvurlarida bugungi kundagi holatdan kelib chiqib, bosimning pasayishini hisobga olib, bino ish xonalarida zaruriy haroratni taʼminlash uchun yong‘in xavfsizligi choralari ko‘rilgan holda, qo‘shimcha isitish uskunalari bilan taʼminlangan.

Shu bilan birga, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarini joriy etish, energiya sarfini qisqartirish va energiya tejamkor texnologiyalar o‘rnatish bo‘yicha 2023 yilda “O‘zmilliybank” AJning barcha filiallarida quyosh energiyasi asosida ishlaydigan qurilmalarni o‘rnatish rejalashtirilgan.

Bundan tashqari, ushbu ijtimoiy kanalda "O‘zmilliybank" AJ xodimlari ish haqi, mukofot pullari to‘lanishi yuzasidan ham maqola eʼlon qilingan.

“O‘zmilliybank” aksiyadorlik jamiyati maqomidagi xo‘jalik yurituvchi yuridik subyekt hisoblanadi va barcha ish haqi to‘lovlari jamiyatning ish faoliyatidagi daromadlari hamda ish samaradorligi natijalari bilan bog‘liq holda olib boriladi.

Shundan kelib chiqib, xodimlarga ish haqi va unga tenglashtirilgan to‘lovlar, bankning istiqboldagi reja ko‘rsatkichlari bajarilishi natijalari bilan mukofot puli to‘lash, xodimlarni har tomonlama ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash va ularning ish staji va kasb mahoratiga muvofiq qo‘shimcha to‘lovlar berilishi amaldagi qonunchilik talablari hamda tasdiqlangan meʼyoriy ish hujjatlari doirasida amalga oshirilib kelinmoqda.
