Milliy bank qishloqlarda uy-joy qurilishi ko'lamini kengaytirishda o'z xissasini qo'shmoqda

Jamiyatimizni modernizatsiyalash yo'lida amalga oshirilayotgan keng qamrovli islohotlar jarayonida, yildan yilga aholining farovonligi ortib, joylarda namunaviy loyihadagi uy-joylar qurish sur'ati va ko'lami kengayib bormoqda. Ayniqsa, qishloq aholi punktlarining arxitektura-rejalashtirish qiyofasini yanada yaxshilash, namunaviy loyihalar bo'yicha yakka tartibdagi uy-joy qurilishi ko'lamini kengaytirish, qishloqda transport va muhandislik kommunikatsiyalarini, ijtimoiy va bozor infratuzilmasi ob'ektlarini jadal rivojlantirishga alohida e'tibor qaratilmoqda. Bu borada O'zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi Iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki ham o'zining salmoqli xissasini qo'shib kelmoqda.

Davlatimiz rahbarining 2009 yil 3 avgust kuni qabul qilingan “Qishloq joylarida namunaviy loyihalar asosida xususiy uy-joy qurilishini kengaytirishga oid qo'shimcha chora-tadbirlar to'g'risida”gi Qarori asosida mamlakatimizning barcha hududlarida namunaviy loyihalar asosida 3, 4 va 5 xonali uylar qurilib, foydalanishga topshirilmoqda.

Qishloq axolisini turmush darajasi va sifatini oshirish maqsadida shuningdek, yurtboshimizning 2013 yil 4 yanvardagi qaroriga muvofiq “Qishloq joylarda namunaviy loyixalar bo'yicha yakka tartibdagi uy-joylarni “kaliti bilan topshirish” sharti asosida qurilish ishlarini moliyalashtirishga 2013 yildan boshlab Respublika Tashqi Iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki xam jalb etilgan. 

Bugungi kunda Osiyo taraqqiyot Banki, Byudjet va Bank mablag'lari xisobidan 2013–2014 yil dasturlari bo'yicha 3217 ta namunaviy uy-joylarni qurilish-montaj ishlari uchun fuqarolarga  ajratilgan uzoq muddatli imtiyozli ipoteka kreditlari xisobidan 289 mlrd. so'm moliyalashtirish ishlari amalga oshirildi. Shuningdek, fuqarolarni badal mablag'lari hisobidan 197 mlrd. so'm moliyalashtirish ishlari ham yo'lga qo'yildi.

Aniqroq qilib aytadigan bo'lsak, 2013 yil dasturi buyicha Respublikaning 16 ta tuman va 37 ta massivlarida 1198 ta namunaviy uy-joylarni qurilish -montaj ishlari uchun jami 166 mlrd. so'm ajratildi. Shundan fuqarolarga ajratilgan  uzoq muddatli imtiyozli ipoteka kreditlari hisobidan 95 mlrd. so'm, hamda fuqarolarni badal mablag'lari hisobidan 70 mlrd. so'm moliyalashtirish ishlari amalga oshirildi. Bundan tashqari, 2014 yil dasturi buyicha Respublikaning 25 ta tuman va 41 ta massivlarida 2019 ta namunaviy uy-joylarni qurilish-montaj ishlari uchun jami 321 mlrd. so'm ajratilgan bo'lib, fuqarolarga berilgan  uzoq muddatli imtiyozli ipoteka kreditlari hisobidan 194 mlrd. so'mni tashkil qiladi. Fuqarolarni badal mablag'lari hisobidan 127 mlrd. so'm moliyalashtirish ishlari amalga oshirildi.

Shuningdek 2015 yil dasturi bo'yicha Respublikada 2752 ta namunaviy uy-joylar qurilishi uchun fuqarolarga 326 mlrd.so'm ipoteka kreditlari ajratilishi nazarda tutilgan bo'lib, bugungi kunda uning ijrosini ta'minlash bo'yicha chora-tadbirlar ishlab chiqilgan bo'lib, amaliy ishlar olib borilmoqda. 

Shu o'rinda ta'kidlash joizki, bugungi kunda Milliy bank aholiga keng qulayliklar yaratish maqsadida namunaviy uy-joylarning kredit foizlarini to'lash uchun qo'shimcha tarzda “Hisobli” omonatini taklif etmoqda. Kuni kecha yangi joriy qilingan, ushbu omonat turida hisoblangan foizlar har oyda jismoniy shaxsni qishloq joylarida uy-joy qurilishi uchun olgan kreditining foizini qoplashga yo'naltiriladi.

Xulosa o'rnida qayd etish zarurki, O'zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki tomonidan foydalanishga topshirilayotgan yangi uylar xalqimizning hayot tarzi, mahalliy iqlim sharoiti, shu bilan birga, zamonaviy muhandislik-kommunikatsiya tizimlari bilan uyg'un, bahavo, yorug', keng va qulay holda barpo etilayotgani yurtdoshlarimizga ma'qul kelmoqda.

Определение кредитоспособности заемщика
1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
