O'zbekiston Milliy bankida 'on-layn' SmartVista plastik kartochkalari soni 530 mingtadan oshdi

20 yil mobaynida plastik kartochkalarni muomalaga chiqarish hamda ularga xizmat ko'rsatishda O'zbekiston Milliy banki yetakchi bo'lib kelmoqda. Buning isboti sifatida joriy yilning 1 sentabr holatiga bank tomonidan muomalaga chiqarilgan milliy valyutadagi so'm plastik kartochkalari sonining 2 mln.tani tashkil qilganini qayd etish mumkin. Jumladan, "on-layn" SmartVista plastik kartochkalari soni 530 mingtadan ko'proq, Viza xalqaro kartochkalari 75 mingtaga yetdi, plastik kartochkalari orqali ish haqini oluvchi korxonalar soni esa 12 800 dan oshdi.

Bank tomonidan 16 300 ta to'lov terminallari o'rnatilgan bo'lib, 2014 yilning 9 oyi mobaynida terminallar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar umumiy miqdori 2 trillion so'mdan oshgan. Shuningdek, to'qqiz oy mobaynida bank tomonidan plastik kartochkalarga 3,3 milliard so'm mablag'lar kirim qilingan.

Milliy bank mijozlar uchun plastik kartochkalar nafaqat qulay to'lov vositasi sifatida, balki uni qo'shimcha xizmat va servislardan foydalanish imkonini beruvchi vositaga aylantirishga intilmoqda. Xususan, plastik kartochkalar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar va hisob raqam qoldig'i to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni mijozlar mobil telefonlariga sms-xabarlar, elektron pochtasiga e-mail xabarlar ko'rinishida olish imkoniyatiga ega bo'lib, bundan tashqari, shaxsiy WEB va IVR kabinetlar orqali ham ma'lumotlarni kuzatib turishlari mumkin.

Hozirgi kunga kelib, bu xizmatlardan foydalanuvchi mijozlar soni 80 ming nafardan oshdi. Bank mijozlarga mobil aloqa, internet, kommunal va boshqa xizmat turlariga on-layn rejimda, mobil telefon yoki internet orqali to'lovlar amalga oshirish uchun sms-to’lov va SLISK xizmatlarini taqdim qilib kelmoqda.

O'zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat Milliy banki Pul muomalasi departamenti plastik kartochkalar boshqarmasi yetakchi mutaxassisi Akbarjon Rasulov “UzReport” AA muxbiriga bergan intervyusida shunday dedi:

– Joriy yilda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki tomonidan MUNIS netting hisob-kitoblar tizimining ishga tushirilishi natijasida, bu boradagi imkoniyatlar yanada kengaytirildi. Hozirda bu tizim orqali banklar o'rtasida plastik kartochkalar bo'yicha hisob-kitoblardan tashqari, boshqa to'lov turlari ham amalga oshirish imkoniyati mavjud. Hozirgi kunda ushbu tizim orqali ayrim soliqlarni, tabiiy gaz va elektr energiyasi hamda Beeline  mobil aloqa kompaniyasi xizmatlari uchun to'lovlarni amalga oshirish imkoniyati yaratilgan. Bankning barcha muassasalarida ushbu tizim orqali to'lovlar qabul qilinmoqda va Milliy bank bu tizimda xizmat turlarini kengaytirish borasida ishlar olib bormoqda.

Milliy bankda yaqin vaqtda chipli xalqaro VIZA plastik kartalarini muomalaga chiqarish ustida ishlar olib borilmoqda. Xususan, bugungi kunda eng xavfsiz hisoblangan chipli kartalarini muomalaga kiritish orqali nafaqat Elektron va Klassik kartalaridan tashqari, qo'shimcha ravishda Gold va Platinum kartalarini emissiya qilish imkoniyati mavjuddir. Shuningdek, mijozlar uchun halqaro kartalar bo'yicha sms-, e-mail-xabarlash va web-kabinet xizmatlaridan foydalanish imkoniyati yaratilmoqda. Hozirda “O'zbekiston havo yo'llari” Milliy aviakompaniyasi bilan hamkorlikda Viza kartalari sohiblariga dunyo miqyosida Internet tarmog'i orqali ushbu aviakompaniya chiptalariga buyurtma berish va xarid qilish imkonini beruvchi elektron savdoni yo'lga qo'yish borasida tayergarlik ishlari olib borilmoqda.

Shu bilan birga, bank tomonidan MasterCard xalqaro to'lov assotsiatsiyasiga to'laqonli a'zo sifatida kirish to'g'risida qaror qabul qilingan. Bunda SmartVista dasturiy ta'minotidan foydalanadigan Yagona Umumrespublika Protsessing Markazi texnologik platforma vazifasini bajaradi. Shunday qilib, keyingi yildan boshlab nafaqat Visa kartalari bo'yicha maxsulotlar ko'lami kengayadi, balki shu bilan birga mijozlarga MasterCard xalqaro to'lov tizimi chipli kartalari taklif etiladi. MasterCard xalqaro to'lov tizimi emissiya hajmiga ko'ra dunyoda uchinchi o'rinda turadi. Bu bilan bir vaqtning o'zida, mazkur kartalarga xizmat ko'rsatish infrastrukturasi kengayadi, bu esa o'z navbatida  kartalarga ega bo'lgan yurtimiz mehmonlari uchun qo'shimcha qulayliklar yaratadi.

Joriy yilning yakuniga qadar Milliy bankning xizmat ko'rsatish infrastrukturasi qo'shimcha ravishda 5000 ta terminalga, 10 ta bankomatga va 75 ta axborot-to'lov kiosklariga kengayadi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
