O'zbekistonda aholining moliyaviy savodxonligini oshirish bo'yicha strategiya ishlab chiqiladi

Bank forumning birinchi seksiyasida lizing xizmatlarini rivojlantirishda  banklarning  roliga ham   alohida e'tibor qaratildi. Lizing beruvchilar uyushmasi bosh direktori Zafar Mustafoyevning ma'lum qilishicha,  global moliyaviy  inqiroz ta'siri  haligacha saqlanib qolayotgan bo'lsada, xalqaro  lizing bozorida  o'sish kuzatilmoqda.

Masalan,  AQSH da har yili   21 foiz,  Yevropa Ittifoqida 14 foiz, Xitoy va Yaponiyada  mos ravishda 41 va 40 foiz, O'zbekistonda esa 10-15 foizlik o'sishga erishilmoqda. Aytish kerakki, bu MDH mamlakatlari orasida eng yaxshi ko'rsatkich.  Mamlakatimizda  lizing  xizmatlarining ommalashuvi 2000-yillar boshida kuzatilib,  o'tgan yillar davomida  bozor yetarli darajada  diversifikatsiya qilindi. Agar rivojlanishning dastlabki bosqichida faqatgina qishloq xo'jaligi texnikasi lizingi  ommalashgan bo'lsa, bugungi kunda  lizing obyektlari qatoriga  texnika uskunalari, avtotransport, ko'chmas mulk lizingi ham qo'shildi. Lizing beruvchilar ustav jamg'armasida  banklar ulushi 46 foizni tashkil qilmoqda. Forum davomida  lizing xizmatlari bozorida banklar ulushini oshirish yuzasidan bir qator takliflar ham o'rtaga tashlandi.

Germaniyalik ekspertning ta'kidlashicha,  banklar  aholiga  moliya xizmatlari va mahsulotlarini taklif etish barobarida ularning moliyaviy savodxonligini  oshirishga ham e'tibor qaratishi lozim. 

-Mening nazarimda,  aholining  moliyaviy savodxonligini oshirish  banklar  uchun eng muhim vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi.  Banklar mijozi bo'lgan   aholi savdoxonligini oshirish  bank darajasini ko'tarishga  xizmat qiladi, deydi – Germaniya Jamg'arma kassalari fondi  departament direktori  Mittias Foss. - Ko'pincha  yuridik va jismoniy shaxslar banklardan  kredit olib, keyin uni qaytara olishmaydi. Chunki, ularning kreditni qaytarish qobiliyati past bo'ladi.  Shu kabi holatlarga yo'l qo'ymaslik uchun esa ularning moliyaviy savdoxonligini oshirish zarur.  Forum doirasida  biz  mahalliy tijorat banklari bilan  uchrashuvlar o'tkazib,   mijozlar savdoxonligini oshirish yuzasidan hamkorlik kelishuvlarini muhokama qilamiz. Aytishim kerakki,  o'tgan yilgi  forum  mening tashkilotimga  foydali  bo'lgan edi. O'ylaymanki, bu safar ham   forum  bu yerga kelgan har bir  moliyachining  bilim va ko'nikmalarini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.

Ayni paytda respublikamizning  6 ta hududida Germaniya jamg'arma kassalari fondi tomonidan bank xizmatlaridan foydalanuvchilar o'rtasida so'rovlar o'tkazilmoqda.  Aynan ular asosida   moliyaviy savodxonlikni oshirish bo'yicha strategiya ishlab chiqiladi.

1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
