TIF Milliy banki tomonidan joriy yilning 1 apreligacha 2,1 mln. dona plastik kartochkalar muomalaga chiqarildi

20 yildan buyon O'zbekiston Respublikasi TIF Milliy banki plastik kartalar xizmati va ularni muomalaga chiqarish bo'yicha yetakchi o'rinni egallab kelmoqda. Joriy yilning 1 aprel holatiga ko'ra, muomalaga chiqarilgan kartochkalar soni 2,1 mln. donani tashkil etdi.   Ularning 650 mingtasi yangi tizim “onlayn”dan va 85 mingtasi Visa xalqaro kartasidan iborat.  Hodimlari oylik maoshini plastik kartalarda oluvchi korxonalar soni esa 13,5 mingtani tashkil etadi. 

Milliy bank tomonidan 18 mingdan ziyod to'lov terminallari o'rnatilgan bo'lib, ular orqali joriy yilning 3 oyi mobaynida umumiy miqdori  taxminan 9 mlrd. so'mga teng tranzaksiyalar amalga oshirildi. Aynan shu davrda plastik kartochkalarga 1,1 trillion so'mdan ziyod mablag' o'tkazildi. Joriy yilning 1 aprel holatiga ko'ra, so'mda ochilgan plastik kartalar hisobida qolgan mablag' miqdori 223,6 mlrd so'mni tashkil qilgan, xalqaro kartalar bo'yicha esa ushbu ko'rsatkich 20,6 mln AQSH dollariga teng bo'ldi.

 O'zbekiston Respublikasi TIF Milliy banki pul muomalasi Departamenti plastik kartochkalar  Boshqarmasi bo'lim  boshlig'i Yevgeniy Namning ta'kidlashicha: – Milliy bank plastik kartochkalarni mijozlarga   hisob-kitob qilishning qulay usuli sifatidagina emas, balki qo'shimcha servis xizmatlari olish imkonini beruvchi vositaga aylantirishga intilmoqda. Shu maqsadda mijozlarga ularning hisoblarida amalga oshirilgan operatsiyalar haqida mobil telefonlariga SMS –xabarlar, elektron pochtalariga e-mail-bildirgilar, shuningdek Web- va IVR-kabinetlarga ma'lumotlar yuborilmoqda. Bugungi kunda ushbu xizmatlardan foydalanayotganlarning soni 110 mingtani tashkil etyapti, ular orasida “on-layn” kartalarning egalari ham bor. Bundan tashqari, o'tgan yildan buyon bank mijozlari CLICK tizimidan ham foydalanishmoqda. Ushbu tizim orqali on-layn rejimida mobil, shahar va xalqaro telefon aloqalari  uchun va kommunal to'lovlarni amalga oshirish mumkin. Ta'kidlamoqchimanki, shu yilning aprel oyidan boshlab ushbu xizmatdan DUET tizimidagi «off-line» kartochkalari egalari ham foydalanishlari mumkin.

Tez orada Milliy bank plastik kartochkalar egalariga xizmat ko'rsatish infratuzulmasini yanada rivojlantirishni rejalashtirmoqda. Xususan, joriy yilda 15 ta yangi bankomat va 50 ta infokiosk o'rnatish ko'zda tutilgan bo'lib, ularning umumiy sonini mos ravishda 137 va 172 taga yetkazish maqsad qilingan.  Bundan tashqari, xalqaro Visa kartalari egalari uchun ham qator yangiliklar joriy qilish nazarda tutilmoqda. chipli Visa kartalarini muomalaga chiqarish operatsiyalar o'tkazish havfsizligini oshirib, ma'lumotlarga ziyon yetkazish havfini kamaytiradi. Axborot xizmatlariga ulangach esa mijozlar o'zlariga tegishli  Visa kartalari orqali o'tkazilgan operatsiyalar haqida mobil telefonlariga SMS xabarlar  , elektron pochtalariga e-mail-bildirgilar, shuningdek Web- va IVR-kabinetlarda ma'lumot olishlari mumkin. Xalqaro kartochkalarga xizmat ko'rsatish dasturi bo'yicha terminal parkini eskilarini yangisiga almashtirish orqali modernizatsiya qilish ham ko'zda tutilgan. Buning natijasida VISA va MasterCard kabi yetakchi to'lov tizimlari kartochkalariga hizmat ko'rsatish  ta'minlanadi.

«Virtual olamda xarid qilishni yoqtiruvchilar uchun bank yangi turdagi «Verified by Visa» xizmatini taqdim etadi, u orqali 3D-Secure texnologiyasi bo'yicha Internet-do'konlarda operatsiyalarni bexatar amalga oshirish mumkin. Buning uchun mijozga himoyalangan muhitda ishlash uchun mahsus parol beriladi. Bu servisning afzalligi – unda havfsizik darajasining yuqoriligidir. Yana shuni aytmoqchimanki, elektron kommersiyani joriy qilish doirasida tovarlar va xizmatlar taklif qiluvchi savdo-servis korxonalariga Internet orqali mijozlarga sotishlari uchun ushbu xizmatga ulanish imkoniyati beriladi. Bu yo'nalish respublikamiz uchun yangilik bo'lib,  uni faqatgina eksportga yo'naltirilgan ishlab chiqaruvchilar evaziga emas, balki mehmonxona komplekslari, turistik firmalar, avia- hamda temiryo'l chiptalari bilan savdo qiluvchi agentliklar hisobiga kengaytirib boriladi», – deya qayd etdi O'zbekiston Respublikasi TIF Millik banki pul muomalasi Departamenti plastik kartochkalar  Boshqarmasi bo'lim  boshlig'i Yevgeniy Nam.

 Qo'shimcha qilib aytish lozimki, smartfon egalari uchun bank tomonidan maxsus ilovalar yaratilmoqda. Ular masofadan turib karta hisobini boshqarishdan tashqari, hisob raqamini blokirovka qilish yoki ochish, mini ko'chirmalar olish, so'nggi 5 ta operatsiya olish, balansni tekshirish imkonini beradi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
