"O‘zmilliybank" AJ xalqaro to‘lov kartalaridan foydalanib amalga oshirilgan turli xil firibgarlik usullariga duch kelishiga to‘g‘ri keladi. 2021 yilning boshidan boshlab firibgarlikning yangi turi tobora ko‘payib bormoqda, uning qurbonlari O‘zbekiston kartalari egalari bo‘lmoqda. Mazkur maqolada biz Visa va MasterCard xalqaro karta egalarini shu turdagi firibgarlik haqida ogohlantirmoqchimiz.

Bitcoin kriptovalyutasining mashhurlik soyasida turli platformalarda brokerlar nomidan firibgarlar mazkur kriptovalyutani xarid qilish bo‘yicha foydali bitimlarni taklif qilmoqda. Karta egasi firibgarlarning saytida ro‘yxatdan o‘tgandan keyin undan foydalanuvchining qurilmasiga uchinchi shaxslar kirishiga ruxsat beruvchi «AnyDesk» dasturini o‘rnatish so‘raladi. Karta egasining qurilmasiga kirish uchun to‘liq ruxsatga ega bo‘lib, jinoyatchilar mijozning barcha shaxsiy ma’lumotlaridan foydalanib, kriptovalyuta bilan savdo qiluvchi platformada ro‘yxatdan o‘tadi. Keyingi bosqichda jinoyatchilar qurbonini firibgarlarning saytida virtual hamyon ochishga ko‘ndiradi, u yerga keyinchalik kriptobirjadan mablag‘lar o‘tkaziladi. Keyin jinoyatchilar karta egasini mablag‘larni kartadan kriptobirja saytiga o‘tkazishga ko‘ndiradi va «AnyDesk»dagi ruxsat orqali kriptobirjada pozitsiyalarni va tovarlarni xarid qilishda mijozning mablag‘laridan foydalanishni boshlaydi. Mijoz katta summa ishlab olgandan keyin, jinoyatchilar undan mablag‘larni ularning saytida ochilgan elektron hamyonga o‘tkazishni so‘raydi. Natijada karta egasi mablag‘larni ushbu hamyondan chiqarib ololmaydi va ularga da’vo qilolmaydi.

Visa va MasterCard HTTning Dispute Resolution da’vo qilish Qoidalariga muvofiq, mazkur holatlarda kriptobirja o‘z majburiyatlarini bajarganligi va mablag‘larni karta egasi ko‘rsatgan hisob-raqamga yoki virtual hamyonga o‘tkazganligi sababli karta egasi mablag‘lariga da’vo qilolmaydi. Tranzaksiyalar uchun kriptobirjada boshqa hech qanday javobgarlik yo‘q.

Shuningdek, karta egalari shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni va karta ma’lumotlarini uchinchi shaxslarga berish mumkin emasligi, shunchaki zog‘cha qo‘ymasdan, majburiy tartibda foydalanuvchi kelishuvining shartlarini diqqat bilan o‘qib chiqish kerakligi haqida unutmasliklari kerak, chunki bunday holatlarda, Halqaro to‘lov tizimi qoidalariga muvofiq, tranzaksiyalar uchun javobgarlik to‘liq karta egasiga yuklanadi. 1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.

You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
