va boshqa hodisalar ildiz otib, gullashi uchun sharoit yaratib beradi”.

So’ngi yillarda yurtimizda har bir sohada juda ko’plab ijobiy islohatlar olib borilmoqda. Shunday islohatlardan biri shubxasiz korrupsiyani oldini olish va unga qarshi kurashga qaratilgan. O’zbekiston Respublikasining 2017 yil 3 yanvardagi “Korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashish to’g’risida”gi O’RQ-419-son qonuni O’zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentinig 2017 yil 2 fevraldagi “korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashish to’g’risida”gi O’zbekiston Respublikasi qonuning qoidalarini amalga oshirish chora tadbirlari to’g’risida”gi PQ-2752-son qarorlari bunga yaqol misol bo’ladi.

O’zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki ham davr bilan hamnafas barqaror rivojlanib kelmoqda. Shu bilan bir qatorda korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashish va uni oldini olish borasida ishlar olib borilmoqda. Hech kimga sir emaski ortiqcha qog’ozbozlik yurtimizda faoliyat olib borayotgan tashkilotlarlarning og’riqli nuqtalridan biri hisoblanib, bu o’z nabatida xizmat ko’rsatayotgan mijozlarga noqulaylikni yaratish bilan bir qatorda korrupsiyani keltirib chiqarashi mumkin. 

Shu sababdan Milliy bank tizimida mijozlarga masofadan hizmat (elektiron) ko’rsatishning turlarini kengaytirish bo’yicha ishlar olib borilmoqda. Hususan “Milliy” mobil ilova orqali hozirgi kunda mijozlarimiz o’z hisob varaqlarini onlayn tizmda boshqarishlari, hisobvaqar qoldiqlarini ko’rishlari, kerakli hisob raqamlarga pullarni o’tkazishlari mumkin. Shuningdek, jismoniy shaxslar ushbu ilova orqali o’z plastik kartochkalirini boshqarishi, bankka kelmasdan turib, plastik kartadagi pul mablag’larini omonatga qo’yishlari va o’z vaqtida foiz to’lovlarini olishlari mumkin. Kunning istalgan qismida o’z so’m kartaradigi pul mablag’larini AQSh dollariga almashtirishlari yoki turli to’lovlarni amalga oshirish imkoniyatlari yaratildi. Shu yilning o’zida Toshkent shahridagi deyarli barcha tumanlarda kecha-yu kunduz hizmat qiladigan 24/7 shaxobchalarining ochilishi esa mijozlarning kunning istalgan qismida plastik kartochkalaridan naqd pullarni yechib olish yoki kirim qilishlari imkonini yaratdi.

Mijozlarning murojatlarini o’z vaqtida samarali hal qilish bo’yicha ham tizim ishlab chiqildi. Milliy bankning ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda rasmiy kanallari ishga tushirildi. Filialarda fuqarolar qabul xonasi tashkil etilib, har bir murojaat o’z vaqtida ko’rib chiqilmoqda. Bu ham o’z navbatida korrupsiya qarshi kurashishning bir usulidir. Chunki mijozning muamolarini eshitadigan, uni hal qiladan tizm yo’q joyda korrupsiyaning ildiz otishi muqarrardir.

Korrupsiya kecha yoki bugun paydo bo’lib qolmagan. Unga qarshi kurashish ham osonlikcha bo’lmasligi aniq. Korrupsiya rivojlanishiga to’sqinlik qiluvchi muhitni shakllantirish orqali unga qarshi samarali kurashish mumkin.

1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
