'NBU INVEST GROUP' bankrot-korxonalar bazasida tashkil topgan sho'ba korxonalar boshqaruvini muvaffaqiyatli amalga oshirmoqda

O'zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki mamlakatimiz moliya bozoridagi yetkachi investitsion banklardan hisoblanadi. Ayni paytda mazkur bank o'zining investitsion kompaniyalaridan biri «NBU INVEST GROUP» orqali qishloq xo'jaligi va oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini qayta ishlab chiqarish, qurilish materiallari, to'qimachilik va boshqa tarmoqlar kabi strategik sohalardagi bankrot-korxonalar bazasida tashkil topgan sho'ba korxonalar boshqaruvini muvaffaqiyatli amalga oshirmoqda. Bunday korxonalardan biri Rishton shahrida joylashgan  «Rishton To'qimachi» MCHJ dir.

«Rishton To'qimachi» MCHJ Milliy bank tomonidan 2011 yilda bankrot-korxonalar bazasida tashkil etilgan. Farg'ona viloyatida joylashgan mazkur korxona paxta tolalarini qayta ishlash va yigirilgan ip ishlab chiqarishga ixtisoslashgan. Bank tomonidan moliyaviy qo'llab-quvvatlash natijasida korxonada ishlab chiqarish sifatini yaxshilashga yo'naltirilgan bir qator chora tadbirlar amalga oshirildi. Xususan, korxonada Trutschler nemis kompaniyasining sutkasiga 8 tonna tayyor mahsulot ishlab chiqarish imkonini beruvchi zamonaviy ip yigiruv texnologiyasi o'rnatilgan.  

Qayd etish joizki, ishlab chiqarish jarayonida chiqarilayotgan mahsulotning texnik nazoratiga alohida e'tibor qaratiladi. Korxona hodimlari laboratoriyada ishlab chiqarishga kelib tushadigan ip sifati, hamda mato mahsulotining parametrlarini tekshiruvdan o'tkazadilar. Korxonada yuqori sifatli mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarilayotganligi sababli 2015 yilning 1 sentyabr holatiga ko'ra korxona tomonidan 635 ming AQSH dollari miqdorida eksport amalga oshirildi. Tayyor mahsulotlar Rossiya Federatsiyasi va XXR ning turli hududlariga eksport qilinadi. Ta'kidlash joizki, bunday ko'rsatkichlarga erishishda Milliy bank va bankrot-korxonalarda moliyaviy sog'lomlashtirish va ishlab chiqarishni tiklash bo'yicha bankning investitsion kompaniyalari tomonidan olib borilgan salmoqli  ishlar ko'magi alohida ahamiyatga ega.  

Milliy bank tomonidan « NBU Invest Group » MCHJ boshqaruviga 20 ta korxona berilgan bo'lib ulardan 13 tasi yangi mulkdorlarga sotildi.

Bugungi kunda esa Kompaniya boshqaruvida yengil sanoat, qurilish, terini qayta ishlash sanoati, qishloq xo'jaligi mahsulotlarini qayta ishlash kabi taarmoqlarrdagi 5 ta korxona mavjud. Shu jumladan "Rishton To'qiamachi " MCHJ.

"Rishton To'qiamachi" MCHJ ga 2009-2015 yillarda ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarini tiklash maqsadida modernizatsiya qilish va zarur aylanma mablag'lar bilan taminlash maqsadida 14 mlrd 800 mln. so'mdan ortiq investitsiya kiritidi.

Qo'shimcha qilish lozimki, bankrot-korxonalar mulk bazasida yaratilgan sho'ba korxonalar aktivlarini boshqarish doirasida  «NBU Invest Group» biznes- rejalashtirish, marketing, korxonalar faoliyatini monitoring qilish, ishlab chiqarish tarmoqlari va yetkazib beruvchilar, kadrlar  bilan aloqalarni boshqarish, shuningdek, xarajatlar va unumdorlik tahlillarini amalga oshiradi.

1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
