Ma'lumki, pul muomalasi pullarning naqd va naqdsiz ko'rinishdagi harakati bo'lib, muomala va to'lov vositasi vazifasini bajarib,  tovar va xizmatlar aylanmasini o'z ichiga oladi. Iqtisodiy jarayonlarda naqd pul aylanmasi naqdsiz pul aylanmasiga nisbatan kam bo'lsa-da, uni tashkil etish, kassa operatsiyalari, chiqarish va tashish ancha  mehnat va vaqtni talab etadi. Bank tizimiga elektron axborot texnologiyalarining kirib kelishi esa  bu yo'nalishdagi serxarajat ishlarni yangicha tashkil etish, takomillashtirishga sharoit yaratdi.

Milliy matbuot markazida Respublika Markaziy banki tomonidan pul muomalasini takomillashtirish va bank plastik kartalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish masalalariga bag'ishlangan matbuot anjumani tashkil etildi.

Anjumanda ta'kidlanganidek, ayni paytda barcha tijorat banklarini o'z ichiga olgan plastik kartochkalar bo'yicha naqd pulsiz hisob-kitoblar amalga oshiriladigan Banklararo to'lov tizimi faoliyat ko'rsatmoqda. Shuningdek, mikroprotsessorli plastik kartochkalar va to'lov terminallarini mahalliy sharoitda ishlab chiqarish yo'lga qo'yilgan.  Bu tizim xo'jalik yurituvchi subyektlar o'rtasida hamda milliy va xalqaro hisob-kitoblarni aniq vaqtda amalga oshirish, pul-kredit siyosatini samarali yuritish, pul oqimini boshqarishga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatmokda.  Eng muhimi bank-moliya bozori barqarorligi ta'minlanmoqda.

Bank plastik kartalaridan foydalanishning bir qator afzalliklari mavjud. U  plastik egalarini  yirik miqdorda naqd pul olib yurishdan xalos etish  barobarida,  vaqtlarini ham  tejaydi. Qolaversa,  mijozlar bank kartochka hisobvarag'ida turgan pullardan foiz ko'rinishida daromad olishlari mumkin. Bu soliqqa tortilmaydigan qo'shimcha daromad  sanaladi.

- Plastik kartalar tizimining rivojlantirilishi chakana savdo, pullik xizmat ko'rsatish va umumiy ovqatlanish korxonalariga  qog'oz pullarni sanash, saqlash, tashish kabi kassa xizmati xarajatlarini hamda ularga sarflanadigan vaqtni tejashiga sharoit yaratdi, - deydi O'zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki pul muomalasi departamenti direktori o'rinbosari  Nazirjon Safarov. -  Shuningdek, korxonalarning hisobvaraqlariga pul mablag'lari o'tkazilishi tezkorligi hisobiga savdo aylanmasi o'sdi. Bu bilan hisob-kitoblarning sog'lom mexanizmi shakllanib, pul mablag'lari aylanishini nazorat qilib borish evaziga pul-kredit tizimini yuritish samaradorligi oshdi va pul massasini boshqarish, muomaladagi naqd pul umumiy massasini maqbul me'yorda saqlab turishga olib keldi.

Ma'lumotlarga ko'ra,   bugun respublikamiz bo'yicha 12,4 mln. donadan ortiq plastik karta muomalaga chiqarilgan. Savdo va xizmat ko'rsatish obyektlariga 149 mingdan ortiq  to'lov terminallari o'rnatilgan. Plastik kartalar vositasida ko'rsatilayotgan xizmatlar ko'lami va infrastrukturasining kengayishi tranzaksiyalar hajmida ham aks etmoqda.  Xususan,  shu yilning 6 oyi mobaynida  plastika kartalar orqali  tranzaksiyalar hajmi o'tgan yilning shu davriga nisbatan 40 foiz ko'p bo'ldi.

Anjumanda  e'tirof etilganidek,  bank amaliyotiga zamonaviy texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi  Internet va mobil telefondan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirdi. Hozirgi paytda 57,5 mingdan ortiq mijoz internet-banking, salkam 363 ming mijoz mobil-banking xizmatidan foydalanmoqda.

Bugungi kunda jahonning yirik savdo kompaniyalari an'anaviy savdo usullaridan foydalanish bilan birga elektron tijoratdan ham keng foydalanmoqda. Tahlillar shuni ko'rsatmoqdaki, hozirgi kunda dunyo aholisining 10 foizi xaridlarni internet tarmog'i orqali amalga oshirmoqda va bu raqam kundan-kunga o'sib bormoqda. O'zbekistonda ham  "Elektron tijorat to'g'risida"gi Qonunning yangi tahrirdagi loyihasi ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu hujjat  respublikada elektron tijoratni yanada rivojlantirish va rag'batlantirishni ko'zda tutadi. Shu bilan birga, tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish va ishbilarmonlik muhitini yaxshilashda qo'shimcha sharoitlar  yaratadi va   texnologik bozor infrastrukturasini shakllantiradi. 

Matbuot anjumanida  bank hisobvaraqlarini masofadan boshqarish tizimini yanada yaxshilash  bo'yicha amalga oshirilayotgan yana boshqa loyihalar xususida ham jurnalistlarga  batafsil ma'lumot berildi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
